EasySpooler has a very rich set of functions :

1.	When the printer is down, you can redirect your files to another printer.
2.	You don't need to re-print your entire report when the printer fails you. EasySpooler will automatically prints from the last printed page when the printer recovers. You may alternatively select the starting page to print instead.
3.	You may interrupt a printing job and print an urgent job. The interrupted job will resume from where it stopped when the urgent job completes.
4.	You may keep a copy of the file after printing.
5.	You may view the file content, decide not to print and purge the file.
6.	Your user / operator can look into the status of the print queue and printers.
7.	You may schedule to print your report at a convenient time.
8.	Easyspooler waits for you to change forms or you may ask to change form.
9.	You may decide not to print the file right now. You may place it on hold or schedule it to print at a later time.
